ARLINGTON, TX — The DAV RecruitMilitary Dallas Veterans Job Fair returns to AT&T Stadium on Thursday, November 19, and the employer list already reads like a cross-section of North Texas hiring: defense contractors, police departments, DART, hospital systems, trucking fleets and federal agencies. If you served, are transitioning out, or are married to someone who did, this is one of the biggest single rooms of military-friendly employers the Metroplex gets all year.

Free for veterans, military spouses, transitioning service members, Guard and Reserve. Four hours in the Endzone West, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

⚠️ Read This Before You Drive to Arlington

RecruitMilitary lists the event as free for veterans, military spouses, transitioning military, and Guard and Reserve members. Its page does not say whether civilians with no military connection can attend, so do not count on it.

If that is you, there is a better fit two days from now. Hiring Red, White & You! on Wednesday, November 4 at Gilley's Dallas is veteran-focused but open to all job seekers. Different event, different day, different door policy.

📋 How to Show Up Ready

Finish your RecruitMilitary profile first. Exhibitors pull up your profile by scanning a QR code, so a complete profile with a resume attached does a lot of the talking for you.
Bring a few printed resumes anyway. The organizer recommends it.
Translate your MOS. Write one plain-English line for each job you held in uniform. Recruiters at Siemens or Wells Fargo will not know what your rate or AFSC means.
Know your clearance status. Level, investigation date and whether it is active. Defense tables will ask in the first minute.
Come at 10 a.m. if IT is your lane. ACI Learning is running a pre-event seminar on breaking into IT, cyber and project management. Seats are limited and reserved through a link on the event page.
