FedEx, Aramark and Revolution Hold Dallas County Hiring Events Oct. 7 & 8
DALLAS, TX — Three employers are setting up inside Dallas County workforce centers next week, and each one brings a specific list of jobs rather than a vague promise. All three hiring events are posted on the Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas events calendar.

FedEx Hiring Event — Wednesday, October 7
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Redbird Workforce Center, 3560 W. Camp Wisdom Road, Suite 110, Dallas, TX 75237
FedEx is hiring for a part-time morning courier position that the listing labels Courier DOT 6, and it posts the pay plainly: $22.11 an hour. The routes are in the Grand Prairie area, so the interview is in Oak Cliff's Redbird neighborhood but the job is a short run west on I-20. The requirements are firm. You must be at least 21, able to lift 50 pounds, and able to pass a medical exam. The listing asks candidates to bring a resume and dress to impress. Details are on the FedEx hiring event page.
Aramark Hiring Event — Wednesday, October 7
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | The Opportunity Center, 1610 S. Malcolm X Blvd., Dallas, TX 75226
Same morning, same hours, different side of town. Aramark is recruiting for two roles: Patient Services Worker Floater and Environmental Services Worker Floater. Those are support jobs of the kind Aramark staffs inside health care settings, and floater means you cover different shifts or areas as needed, so flexibility helps. The listing does not post pay or name the work site. It does ask that your WorkInTexas account be active and up to date, and that you bring resume copies and come ready to interview. See the Aramark hiring event page.
Revolution Hiring Event — Thursday, October 8
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Garland Workforce Center, 530 Clara Barton Blvd., Suite 270, Garland, TX 75042
This is the biggest list of the week. Revolution is hiring a resin mixer, an electrician, repo attendants, line attendants, extrusion operators, shipping and general material handlers, and a production shift supervisor, plus two office-side roles: a strategic accounts manager and a director of circulation solutions. That spread covers entry-level plant work, skilled maintenance and management in one room. Hires must pass a drug test and background check. Pay was not posted. Bring several copies of your resume and be ready to interview on the spot. Check the Revolution hiring event page before you go.

- Revolution screens every hire for drugs and background. Plan accordingly.
- No headcounts were announced for any of the three. Go to get interviewed, not with a guarantee in mind.
- FedEx and Aramark run at the same hours on October 7. They are across town from each other, so pick one.
